Return Policy & Terms and Agreement

1. EIS Parts will not accept any return without an RA (Return Authorization) number.
2. RA numbers are good for 15 days from issuing date.
3. All returns will apply a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days, and from 31-60 days from purchase date, there will be a 40% restocking fee
4. You MUST phone in to cancel orders placed on the same day, and must be cancelled before 3:00PM Pacific time, where you will not be charged any restocking fee.
5. Shipping is not refundable on returns, and is at the purchaser’s expense.
6. No returns on electrical items.
7. No refunds on used or installed parts.
8. If upon receiving a damaged, opened, ripped torn beyond recognition box, you the customer must first REFUSE the box from the driver and claim it by calling UPS toll free @ 1800 742-5877 as per the agreement from UPS terms. We (the shipper) can’t call on the behalf of the customer.
9. In the event that we have sent the wrong part you (the customer) must call and get a RA number for the incorrect part and we will provide you with a return label from UPS either by email or fax where you can then return it at no cost to and drop it off at any UPS store.
10. If you the customer have purchased incorrect part(s): There are two methods of returning:

a. You will need a RA number. If you wish to re-order you the customer then has to place a new purchase order online, and when we (EIS) receive the incorrect item(s) from your original order, we will provide you with the credit for the part minus the restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable on returns, and is at the purchaser’s expense.

b. If you do not want place a new order and want to get a refund, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) and you will be responsible with the restocking fee as noted on our return policy.

11. You the customer will be liable for the shipping from and too on the incorrect and the new purchase order. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
12. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit
13. If you are not satisfied with your order or the quality of the product, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@eisparts.com  or 323-225-9000.  Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund without any restocking fee.
14. Shipping costs are not refundable & Returns are at the purchaser’s expense.
15. Prices are subject to change without notice.  www.eisparts.com will not be responsible for pricing, image errors or typographical errors that occasionally occur on the website.  If you think there may be an error, please contact us at sales@eisparts.com. In the event of wrong published pricing we will work with you on the terms of the cost plus 5% on the time of placing the orders or refund you towards your existing order.
16. TMI orders are all made custom upon an order.  If you wish to cancel any TMI order, you must call us (323 225-9000) on the same day to before 3:00pm Pacific Time to cancel and get a refund on the order without any fees. If there is a manufacturing defect or if you have received a wrong box from TMI, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. We will then honor the return and will provide you a return label from UPS and ship you out a correct part at no cost to you.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number.
To receive an RA number for returns or/and exchanges call Econo International Supply at (323)225-9000 or provide the following information in an email to this address, returns@eisparts.com

• Order confirmation number, or customer PO number from the online order.
• Product description or product part number
• Customer name.
• Reason for return (defective, non-defective)
• Refund or a replacement?
• Customer email address.
