Return Policy & Terms and Agreement
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 48hrs from the date the order was received, unless items are on back order or special order, this will delay your order to be processed on time. Weekends are not counted as "shipping days", shipping is calculated on business days Monday through Friday. Your chosen shipping method will start from time your order is shipped and processed not the day of the online order.
- RA numbers are good for 15 days from issuing date. EIS Parts will not accept any return without an RA (Return Authorization) number.
- All returns will apply a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS; any returns from 31-60 days from purchase date, there will be a 40% restocking fee AND WILL ONLY PROVIDE STORE CREDIT.
- You MUST phone in to cancel orders placed on the same day, and must be canceled before 3:00PM Pacific time, where you will not be charged any restocking fee.
- Shipping is not refundable on any order placed online or over the phone, and is at the purchaser�s expense.
- No returns on electrical items.
- No refunds on used or installed parts.
- If upon receiving a damaged, opened, ripped torn beyond recognition box, you the customer must first REFUSE the box from the driver and claim it by calling UPS OR FedEx as per the agreement from UPS/FedEx terms. We (the shipper) can�t call on the behalf of the customer.
- In the event that we have sent the wrong part you (the customer) must call and get a RA number for the incorrect part and we will provide you with a return label from UPS either by email or fax where you can then return it at no cost to and drop it off at any UPS store.
- If you the customer have purchased incorrect part(s): There are two methods of returning:
a. You will need a RA number. If you wish to re-order you the customer then has to place a new purchase order online, and when we (EIS) receive the incorrect item(s) from your original order, we will provide you with the credit for the part minus the restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable on returns, and is at the purchaser�s expense.
b. If you do not want place a new order and want to get a refund, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) and you will be responsible with the restocking fee as noted on our return policy.
- You the customer will be liable for the shipping from and too on the incorrect and the new purchase order. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
- All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit
- If you are not satisfied with your order or the quality of the product, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org �or 323-225-9000. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund ONLY ON THE PARTS ORDERED, AND without any restocking fee. All shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping costs for exchange, or return (s) are not refundable & on any form of Return(s), and are at the purchaser�s expense.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. www.eisparts.com will not be responsible for pricing, image errors or typographical errors that occasionally occur on the website. If you think there may be an error, please contact us at email@example.com. In the event of wrong published pricing we will work with you on the terms of the cost plus 5% on the time of placing the orders or a complete refund on that specific item.
- All cores must be rebuild able condition, if the unit is burned or cannot be rebuilt the unit to resale then it will be no return on the core charge, if you wish to get your core back we will be happy to send it to you if you are willing to pay the shipping charges back to you.
a.If the product wires are cut or damaged from the base of the unit like wiper motors or opened and damaged inside this core is not good and cannot be given the core charge back, all wiper motors that are burned is no longer a good core.
b.All core charge will be refunded after 30 days from receiving it in our facility, we must ship all cores to rebuild manufacture facility for inspection, once we get update on the core we will contact you or credit your account the precise core charge.
c.All rebuild steering boxes will be inspected at the manufacture facility if part of the steering box is not good we will contact you and let you know how much of the core charge will be refunded to your account, If the total unit inside is bad the manufacture will not refund the core charge. All the teeth on the top and bottom of the steering box must be good before returning it to us.
- TMI orders are all made custom upon an order and there are no refunds or exchanges after 24 hours from the order date. �If you wish to cancel any TMI order WITHIN 24HRS, you must call us (323 225-9000) on the same day before 3:00pm Pacific Time to cancel and get a refund on the order without any fees. If there is a manufacturing defect or if you have received a wrong box from TMI, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. We will then honor the return and will provide you a return label from UPS and ship you out a correct part at no cost to you.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number.
